Dylan Tibbetts
I am an interior designer with a focus on hospitality spaces. I started Three Thumb in 2020, and began working independently through the studio, full-time, in 2022. I frequently collaborate with creative and interior design studios on hotel, restaurant, and bar projects across the country. My process draws strongly on historic, architectural, and environmental context layered with individuality, character, and narrative. I love sharing my enthusiasm for design with folks who are equally enthusiastic about sharing their passions with others.
I was born and raised in Eastern Washington and lived briefly in Central Montana before moving to Oregon in 2010. I attended the University of Oregon College of Design and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Interior Design and a minor in Historic Preservation. During school, I studied abroad in Copenhagen with a Furniture Design program. I have been living in Portland since 2019, enjoying the bounty of food and drink, the rich and diverse landscapes, and the strong creative community.
These days, you can find me working on projects with OMFGCO and North 45 Projects.
