Danish Chair

The product of my Furniture Design in Scandinavia study abroad. The design references the simplicity of Nordic furniture design and a celebration of materials and their inherent characteristics. The chair was designed as a studio-apartment-sized lounge chair consisting of a maple frame and a canvas seat and back held taught by leather straps and buckles.
